Per Marian Galbraith on July 13, 2022: In our (sustainability) meeting last week I made reference to a second MOU with DEEP.  According to the first memorandum, after we became a foundation, we were to pursue a second MOU.  The DEEP Commissioner at the time thought we should just go ahead with things as they were.  However, in preparation for the conversation with DEEP, a draft was prepared and talking points were also prepared.  They are attached.  Frankly, I think the first memorandum was more complete, but they might provide some food for thought.
