TRHP Partner Happy Hour, Tour, and Charter Submittal Form

As a TRHP partner, you are invited to host a Friday evening Happy Hour Cruises and / or narrated boat tours or to charter the boats for a special event. Please use this form to provide TRHPF information need to book your cruise, tour or charter.

You may request up to 5 dates and times for repeat events with the same title, description, and requirements through this submittal. If you require additional dates and times, then please complete a second form. Thank you.

For the purposes of this form, please use the following definitions: NARRATED INTERPRETIVE TOURS - THRPF provides the boat and crew, ticketing services, promotion assistance, and Vox Cleartone Radios. Partner provides the host and/or interpreter and promotes the event. HAPPY HOUR CRUISES - TRHPF provides the venue (boat), promotional assistance, ticketing services. Partners provide the guests, refreshments (if desired), entertainment (if desired), tour guide (if applicable), and promotion to their respective stakeholders. CHARTERS - TRHPF provides the boat and crew. Partner provides the ticketing services, hosts, interpreters, and event promotion.

Sound System Requirements*
Use the drop-down menu to note your requirements. TRHP has a Vox Cleartone Radios - transmitter, microphone, receivers and earbuds - which may be available for your use if are providing narration for your cruise/tour. The boat also has a sound system which may be reserved for opening and closing remarks if desire. Arrangements for Vox Cleartone Radios or boat's sound system must be made at least 7 days prior to your cruise.
